Brand extension : Suffola snacks.
Risk in Brand extension: Wrong positioning may spoil your existing brand. In suffola case, It is positioned as a healthy product. But snacks is far away from the health concept, it is used for taste. 

Existing Brand : Horlicks
Launching a new Brand : Foodles.
Risk in launching a new Brand : Relatively high Cost to establishment.
