AND STILL WE SAY ADVERTISEMENTS ARE WEAK PERSUADERS !!!!!!

The third ball of thirteenth over all are praying for a wicket and suddenly so called "Mcgrath"of India Munaf Patel begged one. Whole India started celebrating , no one is bothered about what is coming on the television. At the same time we have new NIKE bleed blue Ad. The time at which the TRP is Rupees 18 lacs per 10 sec Nike showed the new ad for nearly 1 minute spending 1 crore approximately for just to catch the OTS, but they are not sure that is their gamble is going to give them some return or not.
This time the world cup showed the next level of TRP rates in advertising world. Companies are ready to pay up to Rupees 13 to 18 lacs just to gain the OTS and praying to god that their ads will increase their sales.
Now as India reached final also and media channels are trying to sell their 10% inventory stock of advertisement for the maximum amount, we are hoping to see some new ad campaigns.
But after all these spendings of crores and crores by a brand just on advertisements, the marketers are not sure that if the sales will increase then either its credit will go to the advertisement campaign or not.
That's the only reason why we say that "ADVERTISEMENTS ARE WEAK PERSUADERS".
